Editorial Director

Co-Founder and Editorial Director, Matthew Cowen, cut his teeth at The Yorkshire Post and Campaign magazine. He then spent four years as the Assistant Editor at JFK Jr's groundbreaking political magazine George, one of the most talked-about US consumer titles of the 1990s, before entering the customer publishing sector as Editorial Director at Chime plc.

Director, Victoria Furness, has more than 15 years' experience in creating great content that can translate across multiple platforms and deliver results that surpass clients' expectations. Victoria has worked in trade consumer and customer publishing, before joining Cream full-time as Director in 2009. She has experience of producing content across a wide range of sectors and has worked with a number of high-profile clients including EDF Energy, Nationwide, LinkedIn, Carphone Warehouse, QVC, easyJet? even the Prince of Wales!

Marketing Consultant

Natalie is a talented and dedicated brand director with 20 years of advertising and marketing experience gained on both the agency and more recently, the client side (at first direct and East Coast Trains). Natalie has worked across a wide range of sectors - including publishing, auto, restaurants, retail, television, financial services and travel - and brings to Cream strategic marketing expertise, with a particular focus on brand strategy and development, advertising and communications.
